ABOUT US

Our Mission
Fundraising Masterminds equips nonprofit leaders through hands-on mentorship and training in biblical, proven development strategies that fuel long-term growth.
Vision
Our vision is to ignite a movement where ministries are no longer held back by broken fundraising—but propelled forward by deep, lasting partnerships that expand the Kingdom of God.

HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the fundraising advice out there. Most of it is theoretical, and you’re left to figure out how to apply it to your team, your culture, and your mission.
That’s why we do things differently. At Fundraising Masterminds, we offer mentorship rooted in real experience. We help you implement proven, biblical strategies that work in your context—so your organization can thrive.
Everything we teach is based on three core principles:
1 A Biblical Approach
We believe development is spiritual before it’s tactical. That’s why our model is grounded in biblical principles of generosity, stewardship, vision-casting, and dependence on God—not pressure or manipulation.
2 A Proven Strategy
Our WIN / KEEP / LIFT model is time-tested and field-proven. Ministries across the country are using it to raise six figures (and beyond) at a single Vision Dinner—often doubling or tripling their results from previous strategies.
3 A Mentorship Model
We don’t just give you content and wish you luck. Our team walks with you through every step—training, coaching, reviewing, and praying with you as you build a culture of generosity. This is discipleship-driven development, not fundraising theater.

Jason Galicinski is a key figure in the Christian nonprofit sector, with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years. After graduating from Moody Bible Institute, he spent a decade in ministry within the Chicago area. It was there he identified the need for improved fundraising processes in these ministries. This venture has achieved immense success, being embraced by thousands of ministries and helping to raise over $1 billion worldwide for the Kingdom.
In 2016, Jason responded to a personal call, establishing a ministry aimed at rescuing and educating street children in the slums of Zambia, Africa.
